the main problem specifically being is that the dot pen has awful stability and never comes out as I like it. Whatever I can just use SAIs if i need to.
Turn the anti-aliasing off on any brush and it becomes binary.
I don’t know what brush would do you good, but you can probably mess around with the settings.
I tried it out and I have a bit of a problem with just getting the right kind of look.
Here’s an example of some of the binary 1px I tried out (dot pen and milli pen)
and then there’s SAIs which I just feel looks a lot smoother and crisp.
I can just try to mess around with a few things, there has to be a decent binary pen similar to the one I use on SAI
Yeah, SAI’s binary is 1000x better. Though, you’ve inspired me to try and create a decent binary brush for manga studio.
